CENTURY 21 C & S Properties was founded in 1991 by Sheila Bonin-McDonald initially to assist banks in reducing their real estate owned portfolio. CENTURY 21 C & S was given over 12 million dollars worth of inventory to liquidate. Single family homes, partially completed subdivisions, condo projects, and raw land was among some of the assets to be sold. CENTURY 21 C & S Properties worked out a marketing / management program that successfully dispersed all 12 million worth of property in less than 18 months.

In 1993, seeking to expand their network and enhance client services,CENTURY 21 C & S Properties began to explore franchise opportunities. After much research they selected the CENTURY 21 ® System feeling that it offered the most in-depth and comprehensive network, resources, training and name recognition in the industry.

Today with a staff of over 40, CENTURY 21 C & S Properties is among market leaders in Stoughton, Sharon, Canton, Randolph and Easton areas, meeting our customers needs and providing them with the best possible real estate experience.
