Century 21 C&S Properties was given over 12 million dollars worth of inventory to liquidate. Single family homes, partially completed subdivisions, condominiums, and raw land was the assets that needed to be sold. Century 21 C&S Properties arranged a marketing and management program that successfully dispersed all 12 million dollars worth of property in less than 18 months.
In 1993, seeking to expand their network and enhance client services, Century 21 C&S Properties began to explore franchise opportunities.
